Copper Clad Aluminum (CCA wire) Production Line
VTL10/12 & VTL14/15 model Copper clad Aluminum (CCA wire) production line specially for producing bimetallic CCA wire. The machine with features of high productive, low consumption, stable, easy operating and short processing, significant in environmental & copper resources.
By using the coating&welding technology to achieve production process without pollution, the copper layer thickness is concentric&uniformity.
Advantage of CCA Wire
1.With composite characteristics: the bimetallic wire combines different beneficial properties in a single wire. CCA wire integrates the beneficial properties of the wonderful conductivity of copper and the lightweight of aluminum.
2.With wonderful plasticity and easy to process further: CCA wire can be done in the same way as with copper wire & easy to be processed to fine wire or flat wire.
3.Economical effect: The density of CCA is about 40% of that of copper; its length is 2.5times of copper in same weight and diameter. All of these contribute to reduce production cost for cable manufacturers.
