Hot rolled Grinding Sphere

Our company is specialized in manufacturing hot rolled grinding balls according to GB8649. There are 20 different sizes of balls with their diameters ranging from 20mm to 130mm.
The product has following advantages: wear-resistant, permanent in shape, cracking-proof, which can be widely used in large scale mine, power plant, cement plant and the other industry. The balls are appreciated by our customers both at home and abroad.
Its properties are as follows:
1. High whole hardness: the surface hardness is HRC 55-63, the average volumetric hardness is HRC50-60, and the hardness is equal.
2. High tenacity: the impact tenacity is more than 20J/cm²
3. Low breakage rate: The properties for peel resistant and breakage resistant are more than 100 times than those of other products. There is almost no breakage when ball impact times reach 100,000 to 200,000. Actual breakage rate is less than 1%
